About

ToolMoru is a collection of free web tools with the goal of "Everyday digital tools in one place". It is operated by WEFTWARE.

What we offer

• Image Tools: Compress, crop, blur, watermark and resize images, convert JPG, PNG and WebP, and lay out photos on A4 in your browser. Your files are never uploaded.
• PDF Tools: Turn images into a PDF, merge, extract, rotate and organize pages, add page numbers, or convert a PDF to images. Everything is processed inside your browser.
• Worksheet Generator: Make new addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and times-table worksheets to your settings and download A4 PDFs with answer keys. Free, no sign-up.
• Business Calculators: Sales margin and net profit, monthly break-even revenue, Korean VAT and ad profitability (ROAS), calculated in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

Our principles

• Your files are processed only on your device. Images and PDFs are never uploaded to a server. The results are also created inside your browser.
• You can start right away without signing up or logging in, and all tools currently offered are free.
• We tell you plainly what cannot be done. For example, we do not work around password-protected PDFs, and we do not hide the fact that a compressed result can end up larger than the original.

Open-source licenses

PDF merging, extraction and rotation use qpdf (Apache License 2.0), built to WebAssembly and run in your browser, while image-to-PDF and print layout use pdf-lib (MIT). The copyright notices and full license texts for the other components used alongside them, such as zlib, libjpeg (Independent JPEG Group), Emscripten, LLVM libc++, musl, pako and fflate, are in the third-party software notices.

How the service is funded

We plan to cover the running costs of the service with advertising. If ads are introduced, they will be shown only in places where they cannot be mistaken for a tool's run or download buttons, and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.
