1. Purpose and scope

These terms set out the conditions for using the ToolMoru web tools (the "Service") provided by WEFTWARE. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2. About the Service

The Service provides web tools, such as image and PDF processing, free of charge, and all processing takes place in your browser. There is no sign-up. The operator may change or discontinue part or all of the Service after giving prior notice.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for having the lawful rights to the files you want to process. Do not use the Service in a way that infringes others' copyrights or personal information.
The Service does not modify your original files; it creates new files. Keep a separate copy of important files before processing them.
Abnormal use, such as automated bulk requests that disrupt the operation of the Service, is prohibited.

4. Support board and notices

The support board is a private board for questions, bug reports and suggestions about the service. Only the author (whoever knows the post password) and the operator can see a post.
Do not post: your own or anyone else's personal information (contact details, ID or bank numbers, addresses, etc.); anything unlawful or infringing others' rights; obscene, violent or hateful content; advertising, spam or repeated posts; malware or phishing links; automated requests that disrupt the service.
The operator may delete posts that contain the above or are unrelated to the purpose of the board without prior notice.
Replies are given at the operator's discretion; we do not guarantee whether, when or how a question will be answered. Replies are general guidance, not legal, tax or other professional advice.
Post passwords are 8–64 characters (letters, digits, symbols and spaces; case-sensitive; common values such as 12345678 or password and repeated or sequential characters are not allowed) and are stored irreversibly. Do not reuse a password from another site. If choosing one is hard, use the "Generate a random password" button. If you forget yours, you cannot open or edit the post and the operator cannot recover it. The deletion-only recovery code shown once when you submit can delete the post but cannot open or edit it; keep it separately from the password and do not share it. If you lose both you cannot delete it yourself (you can ask by email, but we may be unable to delete it if we cannot verify you are the author). Do not share your question number and password with others.
Notices announce service changes, maintenance and similar information and are posted, edited and deleted by the operator.
Posting may be limited or suspended temporarily for maintenance, outages or abuse prevention.
Users under 14: please write your question together with a parent or guardian. Do not enter unnecessary personal information such as your name or contact details in the message.

5. Results and disclaimer

Conversion, compression and editing results may differ from the original depending on the file format, browser and device memory (for example, in image quality, file size, metadata and some PDF features), and we do not guarantee that the results are suitable for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as data loss, arising from use of the Service. For important files you need to submit, check the result yourself before using it.

6. Advertising

The Service may be funded by advertising. When ads are shown, their content is the responsibility of the advertiser, and they are displayed so as to be distinguishable from the Service's functions.
